Where is your meeting point at Heathrow Terminal 4?

Due to essential maintenance works at Heathrow Terminal 4, the Terminal 4 Multi-Storey Car Park will no longer be available for our Meet & Greet service. As a result, Addison Lee has introduced an alternative collection process while these works are ongoing.

If you are arriving at Terminal 4, please contact your driver once you have cleared customs and collected your luggage. Your driver will then make their way to the designated Priority Pick-Up Point on the Arrivals level of the Multi-Storey Car Park.

Please allow up to 15 minutes for your driver to reach the collection point.
