Are you able to collect me from a public event?

Public events often come with road closures and traffic restrictions that are outside of our control. As a result, we may advise a specific pick‑up location and recommend communicating directly with your driver to make the pick‑up as smooth as possible. The meeting point will be confirmed at the time of booking and included in your email confirmation.
