Our standard waiting times are below:
- For non‑airport journeys, a five‑minute grace period is included before waiting time charges apply. For ASAP bookings, this begins when the vehicle arrives; for pre‑booked journeys, it begins at the scheduled pick‑up time. Charges for additional waiting time apply from the sixth minute onward. - For standard airport journeys, we offer a 15‑minute grace period for domestic flights and a 30‑minute grace period for international flights before waiting time charges apply. After this, waiting time is charged from the 16th minute for domestic arrivals and from the 31st minute for international arrivals. For full details on additional waiting time charges, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Our Airport Services waiting times are below:
- Airport Executive Service Bookings, Airport + Service Bookings and Airport Select Bookings where the collection address is an airport, each Customer shall have 60 minutes Inclusive Waiting Time beginning at the booked pick-up time. Waiting time shall be charged from the 61st minute onwards. In relation to Airport Executive Service Bookings, Airport + Service Bookings and Airport Select Bookings where the Collection Address is not an airport, the Customer shall have 15 minutes Inclusive Waiting Time beginning at the booked pick-up time.
