Can I specify a delivery window to deliver my items?

As our courier services operate in a live environment, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery window. While a delivery deadline can be added to your booking, this cannot be guaranteed. We offer three service levels—Standard, Priority, and Direct. You may select a collection time that suits your needs; however, delivery times will vary depending on the service selected. 


Please see below for further details:


Standard – This is a same day service, and we aim to deliver by 6pm. The driver can have other bookings to pick up/drop off on route to your destination.


Priority – We will aim to deliver within 3 hours from the collection.


Direct – This service takes your item from the pickup straight to the drop off.
