What happens if my flight has been cancelled?

As you have provided your flight number at the time of booking, we will be notified of any flight cancellations. It remains the customer’s responsibility to inform us if their flight is cancelled and they no longer require the vehicle. Please cancel your booking through the mobile app, website or contact centre. If you need to make a new booking for a different date or time, you can do so via our website, mobile app, or by contacting the bookings team on 0207 387 8888.
