How can I cancel a booking?

You can cancel a booking on our website or mobile app by selecting your upcoming journey and choosing ‘Cancel’. You can also use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email. If you made your booking using a guest profile or through our contact centre, please call the bookings team on 0207 387 8888 and provide your six‑digit booking reference. Once security checks are completed, we will cancel the booking for you.
