You can cancel a booking on our website or mobile app by selecting your upcoming journey and choosing "Cancel".
To cancel as a logged in user on the web:
- Click on your upcoming journey to open the details panel
- Choose “Cancel Booking”
- Confirm that you want to cancel the booking.

You can also use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email.
If you made your booking using a guest profile or through our contact centre, please call the bookings team on 0207 387 8888 (open 24/7) and provide your six‑digit booking reference. Once security checks are completed, we will cancel the booking for you.
