How do I make a complaint?

You can fill out the online form here Submit a ticket : ADDISON LEE or you can call the contact centre on 0207 387 8888 and we can create you a complaint ticket over the phone. You will then be emailed a confirmation of the ticket with a reference number and someone from the relevant team will be in touch with you.
