You can fill out the online form here support.addisonlee.com/support/tickets/new , or call the contact centre on 0207 387 8888 and we can create a complaint ticket for you over the phone. You will then be emailed a confirmation of the ticket with a reference number and someone from the relevant team will be in touch with you.
