How do I get a receipt?

Did you know all booking receipts are retrievable online at www.addisonlee.com for up-to 90 days?

Please follow the steps below to download your receipt.

Step 1:

Simply Sign in and click ‘view bookings’ in the top navigation panel on your screen.

Step 2:

Locate your receipt by entering the booking reference into the search field

OR you can use the various filters available to you if you are unsure of your booking reference.

Step 3:

Open the booking and click ‘re-send receipt’ in the yellow box at the top of your screen.
